Case 2
One of our regular customer came..
Customer: How much is one cake huh?
Me: $18++
Customer: Can $18 minus minus?
Me: Haha.. You dun act cute lah..
Customer: This one your manager hor? Dun like dat lah.. Can $18 minus minus? We got 2 people birthday leh..
Louis: Haha.. You ask her lor.. Her rank bigger than me.. Ok lah, free you the cake then..
Then my brain is like stop functioning for the next 10 minutes. After reading loads of my entries, I'm sure all of you would come into a conclusion:Louis = AngelMe = DemonSo, in this world, you need people like Louis and me, so that we could then in turn neutralise out..Actually is my bad for this, many times I really forgets that Louis is my superior. Ask him to do this, to do that for me. When he says or do something, I questioned him the why like this, why like that and then will tell him like this no good, like that no good. When not happy with his decisions, I will grumble then throw a temper..
So, before case 2, there is case 1 which of course that leads to case 2..
Case 1
Mr Sam made a reservation for a room for 8 person. I asked him how do I charge him? And he says charge as 6 person.
When the customer came, he looks for Mr Sam, and I says he is not around and then he wants to look for Louis.
By the way, I really hate customers coming in and look for our supervisor machiam they are very close friends and act friendly when they actually are not that close. These customer usually want to be charge cheap cheap and special special price for them.
As a skilled and experienced receptionist, I analyze this batch of customer, really not high spender look face, stingy type as I asked hin open liquor he don't want. And he is really not a very close regular customer to Mr Sam if so, Mr Sam will me to hold a room for them and side order and not only minus just 2 pax, and if this man is really a high spender, Mr Sam would have earlier asked me to give him the room with pool.
So it turns up Louis give them our room with pool which I kept empty because it is a room of high value! I am totally freaking damn angry!
Me: Why you give them that room?
Louis: Your tow kay say one wor..
Me: Really meh, he tell me "D" room only leh.. And why only count 4 pax?
Louis: Really wor, I just phone him, he say one..
Me: He just came leh, I ask him, he never say give that room one leh.. Don't play taiji hor..
Louis: Aiyah.. give already.. plus if didn't give then it is also empty mah..
Me: Walau, if I know I just now 2 pax customer also give that room to keep it occupied..
Louis: Aiyah.. 人家气我我不气..
I mean I really dislike customer who are not willing to spend yet want to use that room which offer them pool games. Bring girls come out happy and not willing to spend! And his bill is like what? $200? KNN!!!! I have rooms spending up more than $500 and they are more nice and classy people which I think giving them the room is of a better choice lor!
AND REALLY TMD!!! This customer won a MP3 during lucky draw!!! Dunno what dog shit luck he has. And he smile at me, I smiled back. Come on lah.. I have already master the art of faking a smile..
Me: I'm very bad hor?
Louis: Ya lor..
我也不想的...
