Damn freaking TMD angry with these bunch of customers yesterday. I am looking forward to receive a complain letter these few days by those disgusting women.

Five women came.

Customer: I have made a reservation under *Idiot.
Then I go on with explaining the charges.

Idiot 1: Huh, when I made the reservation you didn't say you close at 2am! Now we only have three hours?
Me: I'm sorry, our operationg hours is until 2am.
Idiot 1: Then why you didn't tell us that you closes at 2am?

You fucking idiot. A reservation is only to ensure that there is a room for you, plus you didn't ask! You only asked about the charges and leave down your particulars! TMD FUCKER!

Me: I'm sorry, it is my fault that I didn't inform you that we operates only until 2am.
Idiot 2: But I thought it is a 4 hour session? So we can sing until 3?

You fucking idiot. Didn't you understand simple language? WE CLOSES AT 2AM!

Me: I'm sorry, we closes at 2am.
