I think that I have ran out of inspiration to blog. Well, just that many customers realised that I have the potential or am very talented to work in the nail parlour or the beauty saloon. If I have the capital or perhaps someone wants to share some investment with me, I will surely set up my own shop.Sompa I am not exaggerating. At least 20% of the female customers while checking in at the reception counter compliment on my bling bling nails/fake eye lashes/my own eye lash/eye glitter/eye liner/eye shadow. Few days ago, while I went to buy chicken rice, the uncles asked if I work at a nail parlour, I said no. Few days ago, while I went to buy bubble tea, the aunty asked if I work at a nail parlour, I said no. Maybe people with nice nails gets these questions everyday.When customers asked me how much is it to do my nails, my answer is always the same, I told them that I need an hour of patience and some crystals. Maybe $10 I guess. LOL! Maybe I should come up with a name cards, asked them to call me for an appointment if they want! Price is negotiable! LALALA!Well, I really hate it when my superior become "陪酒男/做鸭的". Plus when he drinks, it seems that he dosen't care about sales/floor anymore, only the customer in this cabin is important. Then it makes other people seem his leadership skills as "只有这一点程度而已". Few days ago we had some "quarrel" again that makes me broke down. And he thought that he is the only one feeling troubled and 辛苦. I also have my troubles to worry about.The area manager's view on a good leadership that he told me again on Saturday machiam reflecting specifically on someone else: Multi tasking, you want to drink can, but you still have to know what is happening on the floor, you shouldn't vanished into that cabin for like one or two hours. Don't blame faults on the subordinates(yes, he is right, it causes really a great traumatic impact on me, the incident I decided to keep silent about it). Don't be like a wooden block and like so "stoned"Maybe I can do some "brainwash" and voice out my opinion for him to study.12.50pm 24November2008 Monday
