Watched Taken yesterday with Rebecca and Joy. A really very nice show! It shows the fatherly love a father have for his daughter. That he will go by all means for his daughter. Bravo! So what that the stepfather have money and gives her a horse for a birthday present? Money isn't everything. But this show is rather disgusting at some parts. It shows that this world is not like Cinderella and Aladdin. It shows the cruelty of men. How some men goes on betraying their friends for their own family and money. How ugly and disgusting men can be when it comes to earning money from prostitution and kidnapping and drugs. I believe in all men, there is such ugliness inside them, just a matter whether they are letting the devil out to control them. What do they treat women as? As a sex tool? As a mockery?I tell Joy that if I go overseas nobody would want to kidnap me for prostitution. She says maybe we are beauties in the eyes of the Bangalah. LOL! Anyway, suddenly I felt very fortunate after watching this movie. How I am not involved in life so horrible like how women live their lifes in the movie. We must be grateful. When we learn to be grateful, we knows what happiness is.Ok, I MUST NOT buy any more cosmetics and beauty products next month. I can't go on like this. No men is willing to take me as their wife if they knew that how scary I am when it comes to spending money. So, I have to control myself! Learn to save and be a wise consumer! Scenario: In a vegatable stall in a wet market 10 years later...Lingderella: Uncle, I want some chilli padi. Huh? $40cents? Free me lah, see? I am you loyal customer leh... After reading this book which tells about the relationship between men and women, times have change. In the past, not so in the past maybe just back to those days of my father, 男人有肩膀抗得起所有责任. 女人只该担心什么? 如今呢? 不是说现在的男人没有肩膀, 是有肩膀的男人少之又少...男人男人, 多希望你是好人...可是好男人并不代表他会是个好情人, 好丈夫, 好爸爸.. 对吧?12.30pm Friday24April2009
