The bouquet of flower that the beautiful bride is holding for the day~~ :)
It is 11.45 am now, the module today is Advanced Materials, but the other tabs on my widows are research on: 1. Causes of infertility 2. Wedding vows
Laogong's elder sister is married on 24 October 2009. And I am happy yet quite shy and self conscious that I am able to be present to witness it. Because I am CURRENTLY neither friends nor relatives with the bride or groom. Get the awkward feeling at times.
The great part for the day:
1. When the broom came in the morning, the jiemei's of the bride wants the broom to say loudly and sign on the 10 pledges of marriage, which includes something similar to: *Help out with the domestic chores. *Brings her out to nice food at least once a week. * His money is her money, and agree that her money is still her money. *Pamper her and shower her with things she loves and flowers. *Be there for her, for her physical and emotional needs. * Agrees that she is right even when she is wrong. * Gives her massages even when she is not tired. :)
2. Laogong falls asleep, I have to tickle him to wake him up. And we missed the tea ceremony. But I enjoyed disturbing laogong. Muahaha~~ >.<
3. When the bride and her father walk down the asile with the music playing Cannon in D and then the father pass the bride's hand to the groom, but think they should walk slower.
I mean the pastor says things that I agree so much at times. Like how we should forgive and that never brings a fight to the next day, and to be the one to apologise first even if you might not be wrong.
4. The husband and wife exchange their marriage vows. I, ___, take you ___, to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish...
Wow. I mean this is so touching. I read through the different version of marriage vows from the internet, some ends differently. One with the sentence ending with: Till death do us part, I pledge you my LOVE & FAITHFULNESS..
5. The exchange of the rings.
6. You may lift the veil and kiss the bride.
I think it is damn romantic if the kiss last for like 10 seconds, with eyes closed, hands holded and audiences applause loudly. Then after that the broom should held his bride up and swing her in the air around for about 3 rounds, she is laughing and he is beaming. Eh.. Am I thinking too much?
7. Eating the Chocolate Eclair.

My leave is granted and I am super duper happy because now I can go to Yvonne and YiJing's birthday celebration. Maybe to have great thanks to the notes I written which is something similar to: I beg you to grant me my leave, this little girl here have missed out more than 20 plus of her friend's 21st birthday already because of work.
